Delivery estimates should be used as a general guide only.
Digital Products: All digital products are delivered electronically via instant download or email after purchase. There are no physical items shipped. You will receive a download link or access instructions immediately after your payment is confirmed. If you have any issues receiving or accessing your digital product, please contact us at urban-phoenix@outlook.com, and we’ll assist you promptly.
Domestic deliveries: For regular AusPost shipping please allow 2-7 business days depending on delivery location. Domestic Express Post shipping delivery estimate is 1-3 business days.
International deliveries: For regular AusPost international shipping please allow 7-20 business days depending on delivery location. International Express Post shipping estimate is 7-12 business days. Please note, some international services are currently suspended due to COVID-19 disruptions.
